The J30J series of micro rectangular electrical connectors comply with GJB2446A (equivalent to MIL-DTL-83513), corresponding to the American MDM series products. They adopt precision twisted wire elastic pins (precision twist pins), with a contact piece spacing of 1.27mm. The product is compact in size with a metal casing available in 12 specifications ranging from 9 to 144 pins. The insulator material uses PPS to meet high-temperature resistance and aerospace application requirements. Plugs and sockets feature threaded locking, guidance, and misinsertion prevention. Termination forms include crimping, direct insertion, bending insertion, and welding, with crimped wire cross-sectional area of 0.1mm² to 0.15mm², suitable for interconnection of various electronic and electrical systems requiring high density, miniaturization, lightweight, and high reliability.
